However bidders may reserve the right prior to the closing time above to be called back for a final bid before the official notification by mail of bidders. No lots will be declared sold until official mail notice is given by us. All mail bids must be received before final closing. Note on the bid sheet or tell us, if you call, which lots you would like to be called back on. Be sure to include your telephone number. Any lots involved in call backs will be resolved as promptly as possible. If we are unable to reach you, the lot will be sold to the highest bidder. All lots will be awarded at the discretion of the Auctioneer. Mailing of lots will take place via insured or registered mail as promptly as possible following payment. Postage and insurance or registry fees are paid by the buyer. FEES ARE: COINS AND AMULETS UNDER $100, 5$. COINS AND AMULETS OVER $100, $7. Title remains with the Time Machine Co., until items are paid for in full. If payment is not received within 30 days of billing, the purchaser looses all right of return and, interest & other penalties will be charged at the discretion of the Auctioneer until full payment is made. All lots are unconditionally guaranteed to be genuine and any lot can be returned within a week of receipt if you are unsatisfied for any reason. We request that you call first to arrange proper shipping, returns will be at your own risk until we receive them. We cannot be responsible for any errors in bidding.
